Logitech & Redragon
For all eligible Logitech and Redragon products, we provide aĀ local product warranty. If you encounter any issues, you can have your product replaced or repaired at the brandāsĀ official service centerĀ by presenting theĀ original invoiceĀ from Tokari.
Warranty Terms:
- Warranty applies only to products covered under the brandās official warranty policy.
- All replacements or repairs must be processed through the brandās authorized service center.
- TheĀ original purchase invoiceĀ is required for any claims.
- Warranty duration varies based on the brandās specific policies.
Hottu
Hottu offers aĀ one-year replacement warrantyĀ on all products, except for handfrees. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Product Replacement Policy:
- If a product is found defective, Hottu will replace it after verification.
- The replacement warranty continues from theĀ original purchase dateĀ and does not reset upon replacement.
- In case a product is out of stock, a similar model may be offered as a replacement.Ā No refunds or gift cardsĀ will be provided.
Warranty Limitations:
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due toĀ misuse, accidents, or neglect.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Damage caused byĀ natural disastersĀ (floods, earthquakes, lightning, etc.).
- Normal wear and tearĀ from regular use.
SPACE
SPACE offers aĀ 7-day checking warrantyĀ for all products. If you receive a damaged product, we will exchange it at no cost, including delivery. If the product is not damaged but you wish to exchange it, delivery charges will be covered by the customer.Ā No cash refundsĀ are available.
Additionally, SPACE products come with aĀ 6-month to 1-year warrantyĀ against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims can be processed through:

- SPACE Customer Care & Display Centers
Samsung
ForĀ Samsung phones, we offer theĀ official Samsung warranty. All claims and repairs should be processed throughĀ Samsungās authorized service centersĀ as per their warranty terms.
